“Wonderful retreat in a gorgeous characterful house. Lovely bedrooms and gardens. Log burner and places to sit peacefully throughout. The studio in contrast is ultra modern and bright, perfect for the yoga and meditation sessions. Wonderful short walk to the coast and the garden is full of flowers and birdsong. So that’s the setting now for the experience! Jackie is a lovely, warm, kind person with a strong intuition and experience in teaching yoga. This for me made the whole retreat, as much a spiritual one as a fantastic feeling of being in touch with my body. Would thoroughly recommend. Truly life changing.”
