Rame Yoga with Sauna and Soup session – First one of 2025 Sunday 12th January
Join Jackie and a small group of yogis for a wonderful Sunday session of flowing Hatha yoga, a natural sauna, cold plunge (optional!) followed by a delicious warming mug of vegan/vegatarian soup & bread. You can also pop along to the amazing Canteen Rooms afterwards for a full English, roast lunch!
