Cancellation for Events received more than 7 days before your event starts is allowed with no penalties, you are entitled to a full refund or to transfer to a later date. This allows waitlist students to be contacted and invited to the event.
If you wish to cancel within 7 days of the start date, there will be no refund unless there is a waiting list for the event and we can transfer your booking to another applicant, less an admin fee 15%.
We reserve the right to cancel an event in the event of exceptional circumstances which means we are unable to offer the event as advertised or if there are insufficient numbers booked into the event for it to be commercially viable. Should this happen, you will be given a full refund, or you can transfer to another date if applicable.
Rame Yoga will not be responsible for any additional expenses which you may have incurred in respect of the event, including travel, accommodation or exchange rate losses
We are unable to give refunds in the case of cancelled transport (trains, aeroplanes etc). Please ensure you take out relevant insurance to protect yourself against this.
Cancellation Policy for Retreats with Rame Yoga.
To book a retreat, full payment is required 6 weeks before the retreat, of which £180 is a non-refundable deposit.
We understand that there are times where you may be unable to attend once payment has been made and we will always try to help where we can. In the event of cancellation 60 days or more prior to the retreat/holiday, you will be entitled to a refund (less the non-refundable deposit). In the event of cancellation 59 days or less prior to the retreat, payments are not refundable. If, however, your place(s) can be given to someone on the relevant retreat/holiday waiting list then we will refund you the payment (less your deposit). Should Rame Yoga cancel the retreat, you will be offered a full refund or if you would prefer credit against future events held by Rame Yoga.
Rame Yoga will not be responsible for any additional expenses which you may have incurred in respect of the workshop, including travel, accommodation or exchange rate losses.
