Yoga Session (Fri 5-6pm) – Crafthole

Friday early evening yoga classes are held in Crafthole at The Sheviock Memorial hall (5-6pm). This is a Holistic mixed ability session, encompassing well known yoga poses – a bit more playful and class-lead as it’s Friday! Alongside yoga (asana) postures is the inclusion of breathing exercises, (pranayama) plus meditation guidance. All ages and genders welcome.

I do bring yoga wheels and accessories however feel free to bring your own mats, blocks, straps, blanket and eye pillow, if desired.
