Join us for a rejuvenating day of flowing Hatha Yoga, in a beautiful space, a natural wood-fired sauna, and the option of a cool plunge in the nearby river.
This retreat offers the perfect opportunity to reconnect with your body and breath, release stagnant energy, and glow from the inside out.
We’ll finish the day with a nourishing vegan dal and a delicious vegetarian cake, shared in good company and relaxed surroundings.
