SUMMARY:Yoga Class (Thurs am): Kingsand - regular class
DESCRIPTION:Thursday morning Rame yoga session (10am -11.30am) is held at in the Kingsand Hall. This is a Holistic mixed ability session\, encompassing well known yoga poses. Alongside yoga (asana) postures is the inclusion of breathing exercises\, (pranayama) plus meditation guidance. As always\, all ages and genders are welcome to join in this class. If you are new to yoga then please contact Jackie and have a chat\, or perhaps consider a one-to-one yoga session so that you can get a feel for the regular poses and see if you think yoga is for you… \nI do bring yoga wheels and accessories however feel free to bring your own mats\, blocks\, straps\, blanket and eye pillow\, if desired. \nSee below to block book for this 6 week term. Block book and save money – only pay £8/class. \nDrop in price for the 1.5 hour session = £10.00
