DESCRIPTION:Monday evening yoga classes\, from 6:45 – 8:15pm\, are held in the Zone in Downderry. This is an excellent\, spacious venue\, you cannot park directly outside the building\, however there is availibilty along the main road\, or in the main Downderry car park\, about 100m away. This is a holistic mixed ability session\, including a flowing range of Hatha yoga poses and wonderful 15 mins of relaxation at the end of the class\, all ages and genders are welcome. \nI do bring yoga wheels and accessories however please feel free to bring your own mats\, blocks\, straps\, blanket and eye pillow\, if desired. \nTo purchase 6 sessions in advance see below. DESCRIPTION:Thursday morning Rame yoga session (10am -11.30am) is held at in the Kingsand Hall. This is a Holistic mixed ability session\, encompassing well known yoga poses. Alongside yoga (asana) postures is the inclusion of breathing exercises\, (pranayama) plus meditation guidance. As always\, all ages and genders are welcome to join in this class. If you are new to yoga then please contact Jackie and have a chat\, or perhaps consider a one-to-one yoga session so that you can get a feel for the regular poses and see if you think yoga is for you… \nI do bring yoga wheels and accessories however feel free to bring your own mats\, blocks\, straps\, blanket and eye pillow\, if desired. \nSee below to block book for this 6 week term.
