Yoga Session (Fri pm) – Crafthole

An event every week that begins at 5:00 pm on Friday, repeating until July 29, 2022
Friday early evening yoga classes are held in Crafthole at The Sheviock Memorial hall. This is a Holistic mixed ability session, encompassing well known yoga poses. Alongside yoga (asana) postures is the inclusion of breathing exercises, (pranayama) plus meditation guidance. All ages and genders welcome.
I do bring yoga wheels and accessories however feel free to bring your own mats, blocks, straps, blanket and eye pillow, if desired.
