Yoga Session (Fri pm): Sheviock VH – reg class

Friday early evening yoga classes are held in Crafthole, at The Sheviock Memorial hall (5-6.30pm). This is a Holistic mixed ability session, encompassing well known yoga poses. Alongside yoga (asana) postures is the inclusion of breathing exercises, (pranayama) plus meditation guidance. All ages and genders welcome.

I do bring yoga wheels and accessories however feel free to bring your own mats, blocks, straps, blanket and eye pillow, if desired.
