A wonderful opportunity to combine flowing Hatha Yoga with a natural wood fired sauna, cold plunge or shower, finishing with a nourishing vegan Dal & vegetarian cake. A fantastic way to send a summer Sunday morning. If it’s sunny we can hold the yoga session outside.
