Thursday evening yoga class (6.30-8.00m) is held in the Methodist Church Hall in Millbrook. This is suitable for a more intermediate yoga person, encouraging a more dynamic flow as well known yoga poses. Alongside yoga (asana) postures is the inclusion of breathing exercises, (pranayama) plus meditation guidance.
