Join Jackie plus other lovely yogis for a fun flowing morning of asana yoga poses, accompanied by aestheically pleasing positive background music in your own headset and Jackie’s instructions. This enjoyable experience helps you to really focus on your yoga session, real escapism, sharing the experience with others in a wonderful outdoor setting in the garden at Venton House.
Starting at 9.30am with a flowing asana practice, then a delicious Buddha bowl lunch, followed by relaxation, meditation and some chanting if agreeable with the majority. Also included a great selection of herbal teas etc, delicious cakes. (Food is provided by the talented Jess). To complete the day with Jackie will end with a relaxing yoga Nidra.
