Rame Yoga Weekend Retreat, Lamorna Cove, (17th-19th March 2023)
Relax, unwind and join Jackie for a weekend of holistic yoga, pranayama, meditation, kriyas, chanting, delicious food and great company in the magical surrounds of Rosemerryn Wood, Lamorna (near Penzance, Cornwall). The maximum number for these Rame Yoga Retreats is 14 persons.
Prices Include:
• 2 nights’ accommodation
• All meals and drinks
• 7 Yoga sessions
• 2 Optional Extra Yoga Nidra / relaxation sessions
• Approx 16 hrs in the studio
There are various room options; Double en-suite, Double Room, Shared Twin & Camping Pitch/own van. Prices for the weekend are: £350.00 in main house, £360.00 own room/non-sharing& £280.00 for campers. A £100.00 deposit is required to secure a space on the retreat, please maicontact Jackie via email to confirm which room type you would prefer.
