You’ve survived the summer holidays with your children, or simply need a little autumn physical and mental resest. Join Jackie and other yogis for a great combination of flowing hatha yoga practice for an hour, followed by a delicous vegetarian/ Buddha Bowl lunch and an afternoon session or slower poses and deep relaxation.
